I've been flying a lot lately, I also took a ride in a zeppelin, yes a zeppelin not a blimp there is a difference.

So I went to vancouver then over to Kamloops and Kelowna. Back in Seattle now and dead tired from this spontaneous trip. Im going to stroll through blogger and see what I've been missing with everyone here this last week.....

Back to Seattle tomorrow or north to Vancouver. We'll decide in the morning.

Spending the week up in the San Juans. Staying on Orcas tonight and will be heading over to Shaw Island tomorrow. It's good to get away.

9/11/01

 I was sitting in a bar on the island of Romblon in the Philippines.  I drank lots of San Miguel that night watching everything happen on the shitty little tv that was set up. Was suppose to go diving the next morning but we cancelled that and just sat in the hotel lobby and watched the international CNN feed. Was very strange being one of only a few americans on the whole island at the time. It did mean free drinks at the bar every night.  Have not been back to Romblon since then. maybe this year I will go again so I can fully take in the island.
